Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing – Simple & Easy Recipe
Do you love a fresh homemade Caesar salad dressing over romaine lettuce? Maybe add some grilled chicken or grilled shrimp skewers on top? We do! Bottled Caesar salad dressing just doesn’t cut it for us. Below is another recipe we often use for our side salads. Sally has broken it down for us in simple and quick instructions as to how to make your own Homemade dressing.
This makes a large batch but so long as you stick to the cardinal rule of using CLEAN utensils when scooping out some of the dressing from your container it saves for quite awhile!

Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients & Instructions:
- 1 Tbs. finely minced garlic
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. anchovy paste
- 6 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt ( or a pinch of fine salt)
- ½ – ¾ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Blend all above ingredients together until smooth.
Mix in the below until well-combined:
1 ½ cups Mayonnaise
Then Add:
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Then whisk in slowly until smooth:
½ cup good extra virgin olive oil
At the end add:
¾ cup freshly grated parmesan
